Ar. Shashank Phadke was awarded as best architect of the year in 2002 by Hon. Shri. Sharad Pawar. felicitated for contribution to architecture in 2004 by honorable spiritual guru Shri Dev Maharaj. FELICITATED IN 2006 by President Pratibhatai Patil FOR DESIGNING, DESIGN RICH HOSTEL PRIMISES FOR WOMEN.
He was felicitated for making of a hostel building for working women at nigdi at the hands of Hon. Shri Suresh Kalmadi. also he was felicitated for making of a school building for Pimpri Chinchwad municipal corporation at pimpri at the hands of Hon. Shri Ajitdada Pawar. He was felicitated by swami Swarupanand Saraswati, Pandit Gadgil and Shri Surendra Maharaj Deo for carrying out exceptional work in the field of architecture.
He was participated in various designs competitions and was awarded a prestigious housing project for air force naval housing board in 1999 and zonal office premises for Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation.
In 2012 Ar. Shashank Phadke was awarded AICA Awards, for Design Innovation & Material categary & for Budget Housing Category – Kate puram.
In 2015 Ar. Shashank and Ar. Manisha are conferred as ICON of PCMC at the hands of hon minister Shri Nitin Gadkari.
Shashank is referred by many from his fraternity and particularly by his clients as living book of BYLAWS. His designs are rich in aesthetics, functional aspects and prevailing laws. Solespace is well-known for optimed utilization of space.
His eminent list of clients include Sukhwani, Bhandari, kolte patil devl., sanklas, jhamtani, peninsula, gala devl, symbiosis, wondercar, P N gadgil, Raheja, Ajmera,etc.
He was nominated as chairman for PCMC center of indian institute of architects, a national body for 2 years. He worked relentlessly for architects fraternity benefitting many.
Recently he was awarded institutional project by symbiosis, which is recently completed at kiwale and Indore. It is proposed skill and open university which shall act as boon for PCMC area and Indore as well.
Shashank is actively involved in shaping PCMC to convert city into a happening place.
