Our office is well equipped with modern equipment such as the latest computers, scanners, printers, plotters, fax machines, copiers, high-speed communication machines, etc., required to provide hi-tech services.
Concept:
The office at Pimpri is designed on concepts of Elements.
Why Elements?
Because all the happenings are controlled by only
Natural powers Elements.
Hence every functional space required to complete an office structure symbolizes an Element. The color, the characteristic, nature, the functional aspect, and the abstract forms are inherited to formulate a particular space.
Solespace is jointly owned by Ar. Shashank Phadke & Ar. Manisha Phadke. Both share unique ideas and philosophies complementing design development.
The inception of the architectural firm is dated back to 1993 and in 2007 the firm was renamed as Solespace.
Solespace has efficiently completed various projects majorly residential, commercial, retail, and institutional along with few industrial projects. With major projects in Pimpri Chinchwad and around, Solespace has changed the skyline of Pimpri Chinchwad and created various exclusive spaces.

Ar. Shashank Phadke
Ar. Shashank Phadke has designed many housing, commercial, industrial as well as institutional projects which have given immense pleasure to the end-user. He has participated in various design competitions and has been awarded for a prestigious housing project for Air Force Naval housing board in 1999 along with zonal office premises for PCMC. He has also received awards for octroi post in Nigdi and Wakad. Ar. Shashank was also honored by the award of performance in the field of architecture in 2001 at the hands of Hon. Sharad Pawar and Hon. Ajit Wadekar and was also felicitated for the design of a hostel for working women at Nigdi at the hands of Hon. Suresh Kalmadi. He was also felicitated for designing and executing a school building for PCMC at Pimpri at the hands of Hon. Ajit Pawar. He shows deep involvement in the evolution of design concepts and forms alone with functional aspects related to land use.
As a student, Shashank has worked with well know and leading architect Charles Correa and has participated in designing various projects such as IUCAA Pune, Perumela church Madras, University of Jakkur, and Dona Sylvia hospitality project Goa just to name a few.
Ar. Shashank has also shown a keen interest in city development and has participated in various open discussion forums for the future development of the city.
Ar. Shashank has contributed his knowledge in the making of new PCMC development control rules and has represented the architect's community of Pimpri Chinchwad area in formulating basic guidelines for making of CDP.
Ar. Shashank Phadke is registered as an architect and holds licenses for:
1. Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC).
2. Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC).
3. Pimpri Chinchwad New Town Development Authority.
4. Dehu Road Cantonment Board.

Ar. Manisha Phadke
Ar. Manisha looks after the interior department of Solespace. She has completed various residential and commercial projects. She believes architecture is incomplete without interiors. Hence she decided to eradicate this lacuna in projects by Solespace.
Ar. Manisha has designed interiors for various prominent projects, Dilip Vangsarkar Cricket Academy, PNG brothers showrooms, Raheja office, Birla Global finance office to name a few.
Apart from these Ar. Manisha has designed the interior for various sample flats, bungalows, and offices. She has effectively used fabrics, textures, threads, etc in her designs. The use of uncommon materials has helped her make the designs unique in their own way. Designing clutter-free and sophisticated spaces are part of her designing style. Giving justice to the spaces available while keeping in mind the client's requirements makes the interiors occupant friendly.
Ar. Manisha Phadke completed her architecture from Marathwada College of Architecture (MMCA) in 1991 and started her practice in the year 1993.
